Scores, rankings, “Pass”, “Watch”, “Verify first”, cash-flow estimates and other outputs are general analytical signals, not a recommendation or offer to buy, sell, finance or rent any property. Use of the service does not create an adviser, estate-agent, attorney, accountant, valuer, credit-provider or fiduciary relationship.
2. Data may be incomplete, delayed or wrong
Information is compiled from property advertisements, public sources, third-party reports, user inputs and modelled assumptions. Asking prices are not concluded sale prices; advertised rents are not guaranteed collectible rents. Listings may be duplicated, withdrawn, stale, incorrectly described or unavailable. Coordinates may represent a suburb centroid rather than an exact property. We do not warrant that any information is accurate, current, complete, available or suitable for a particular purpose.
